The Quality Department is equipped with 3D CMM measuring machines and all of necessary tools for the quality control of parts products.
Great importance is given to the quality of the entire production process, for this Gilardi is certificated ISO/TS 16949.

All the Company’s activities comply with the high IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, TUV certification standards.

Control

Gilardi Quality Office is equipped with 3D CMM machine, profile projector, durometer and all the necessary machine to check the products.

SPC stations are connected to the presses, that allow the immediate sending of the production data to the Quality Office, for a real-time monitoring.

Great importance is given to the quality of the entire production process, also for this Gilardi is certified IATF 16949.

How we work

Gilardi guarantees high quality standards throughout the work process:

  1. Receipt of the offer request from the customer
  2. Study and Product Feasibility Analysis (ACFP)
  3. Sharing of step draft, ACFP and offer
  4. Equipment making
  5. Sending Samples and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
  6. Receipt of PSW (AIAAG Production Part Approval process PPAP 4TH edition)
  7. Starting the production.
